RETURN POLICY

At Fewture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic purchases. Our return policy is designed to be simple and transparent for our Indian customers.

ELIGIBILITY & WINDOW

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or if the wrong item was received.

ITEM CONDITION

Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact. The original branded packaging must not be damaged or tampered with.

RETURN PROCESS

STEP 01

Log in to your Fewture account and navigate to 'My Orders' to initiate an online request.

STEP 02

Pack the device securely in its original box. Our courier partner will schedule a pick-up within 48 hours for most Indian pin codes.

STEP 03

Once inspected at our hub, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details for a secure ONLINE transfer.

EXCHANGES

Replacement items are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided automatically.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
  • Software, digital downloads, and opened licenses.
  • Refurbished items explicitly sold as 'Non-Returnable'.
  • Items with missing serial numbers or tampered IMEI codes.
  • Personal care electronics (e.g., trimmers, epilators) due to hygiene.
